CARROLL, FRANK A., M.D., Class of 1947, Alexandria, Virginia, on June 15. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 21, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Everly-Wheatley Funeral Home, 1500 W. Braddock Road, Alexandria, Va. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 22, at 11 a.m. at Grace Episcopal Church, 3601 Russell Road, Alexandria. Interment will be private.
